Okay so my baby is back!!!!

   Yes, this is my idea of a fabulous car...Fully restored, great milage, roomy interior. Once, the safest car in the world all of Mercedes best technology was used first in this car! Yep we are gong on vacation, very soon!.... 
This not my car, my mechanics lost their minds and treated me like a novice instead of the Volvo Enthusiast that I am...
Still working out some kinks...Stay away from Auto Disassemblers they have lost their love of restoring 240's.

My Very First Volvo, 1969 140 Wagon.

This was my first.... Oh, I am reminded of my days of living in Napa Valley, jaunting around town in my Volvo Wagon. I did not even know how to drive when I bought her, but I learned in this, Little Whip and at the time she was the safest car in the world to drive, all others paled in her presence, to me!

This is a 1976 Bertone, made by an Italian car manufacturer with permission from Volvo. This is the Cadillac version of Volvo's. I would like to have this stretched a bit, with four doors so as to accommodate my driver....Yeah I said it!!!!! Can't wait to show you the progress on my WHIP!!!!!

So, here is the newest addition to my many projects, she is a "She" first of all and a incredible 1988 Volvo 245GL Wagon. Anyone who knows me know, I love this car !!!! I found her on Craigslist after searching for 15 months for a 245 which were the names of the Volvo 240 series wagons, with the sedans and coupes being 240's and 242's. I plan to restore her and take great road trips in her. So I have my list of needs of attention first. I need to have her up and road worthy by next month. Join me and share your Volvo stories ... Only 240 Series stories please, wagons in particular... I know I am a Volvo 245GL SNOB.
